Happy Birthday & Merry Christmas!

It's my hubby boy's sister's birthday! Lim Shin Yen.
Happy Birthday little girl, you're the most annoying yet the cutest girl ever! =)

We celebrated her birthday at a Japanese Restaurant somewhere around Damansara.
It's a family celebration. I kinda like this feeling where a group of people celebrating your birthday together. It feels so warm. Hmmm, I think we should celebrate our birthdays with our parents rather than with our friends.
It's our mother who delivered us to this world and she might risk her life by doing so. But, it seems like people request for presents from their mother or father rather than saying thank you. So, try to spend more time with our family members than friends. cherish and appreciate, we can only be family once in a lifetime. =)

Wokey, too emotional, now, picture time!

Hope she likes the gift I gave. =)

Shin Yen's birthday is on the 23rd Dec. So, I'm gonna celebrate her birthday, X'mas Eve and X'mas with hubby boy in a row. Nothing special actually happened, I just love the moment when we both get to hold hands shopping, hug each other whenever I feel like doing so. For me, that's the best Christmas gift ever!

#Our new ring! LOVE
I had Nandos as my Christmas Eve dinner and Korean Food as my Christmas dinner.
My ALLTIMEFAVOURITE food! I just love to be with him, I can do whatever I want and he'll give me whatever I want.

"Oh, jingle bells, jingle bells.
Jingle all the way

Oh, what fun it is to ride

In a one horse open sleigh...."

Lastly, I wanna wish everyone Merry Christmas! Good Night!

Family Vacation!

"Finals has come to an end! Hoorayy!" LOL, I'm suppose to write this post a month ago and my laziness caused me to procrastinate! And my dearest Jayee has been urging me to update since last month, she was complaining that my post stops at "Shooting Star" hahaha.. Yea I know reading an un-updated blog is boring, so now I'll try my best to update few posts at once! Wish me luck!

Now, back to the topic, after all the studying and studying and still studying part, I finally finished my final exams on the 15th Dec 2011. Pack my bags and off to KL! Finally, Home Sweet Home!

And here comes the interesting part! Holiday time! Went back to hometown, Ipoh on the 16th and stayed there for 3 days, then off to Penang Island on the 18th. This vacation was kinda different compared to the previous ones, we actually went to the Gua Tempurung, instead of  eating ONLY. I've went back to Ipoh for so many times, and I never been to this cave before.
Should I say it's shameful? Lol, anyway, I somehow DID went to this cave. And on our way, I realized how wonderful can nature be and if I have the chance #IWANNAEXPLORETHEOTHERCAVES#!!!!!

Now, have a look at the photos I took in Ipoh, then we'll go to the Penang part.

 Welcome everyone!
Say Hi to my siblings! =)

They were just terrified by this caterpillar hanging in the middle of nowhere.
Btw, ignore them, check on the huge mountain behind hem!
A step into the cave. DARK!
Thanks to the light that guided us in. I felt like God is directing us that moment. =)

You guys know what?
The cave is huge, tall, steep and slippery!
Honestly, I was frightened when I saw the stairs, it's like NEVERENDING and I was shaking!
I don't know what happened to me, I couldn't stop shouting and I dare not even look down.
Maybe I'm just afraid of heights! Epic failure. Urgghhh....

Can you see what picture is this? LOL, Yeah!! It's a car!
We spotted it at the wall of the cave, it was drawn by the Japanese Armies during WW2.
They hid in the cave for secret meetings. Cool right?! I wonder how they manage to climb all the way into the top of the cave. I mean yea they used legs and hands, BUT, there weren't any stairs or lights that time. And the cave is so slippery and steep! I was really amazed! THUMBSUP!
  Now, about this picture.
Can you see a picture of a naked woman taking a bath on the wall?
hahahaha.. yea, here she is! And do not mistaken, this is not a drawing!
It's a natural effect made from IDK what, rain? mountain water?
LOL, wasn't paying attention to the guide. I was busy spotting the woman.

Finally, the exit! I can see light! natural light!
Yeah, I know it seems boring, but, I think it's a good thing having a vacation with our family,
once in a while, exploring the nature, understand our surrounding's behaviour and you might
also learn some stories behind it. =)

And now, may I present the well-known Ipoh Tauge Chicken!
I think this restaurant serves the best. IDK why, my personal option, but there are other restaurants like "Onn Kei" just next to Lou Wong also. You all should try some day, it's located at the central of the old market.
Just click on this name for more info.

And 1 more dish I MUST introduce to y'all.
The famous Chee Cheong Fun with options of mushroom or curry sauce!
It has always been my AMUSTEAT food everytime I come back to Ipoh.

So now, let's hop on to Penang Island! The city of delicacies.... Yumm Yummm Yummm!!!!
Those foods are irresistible, I know I'm gonna gain weight if I don't control, but you know
right, it's really really DAMN hard to tell yourself NOTTOEAT! Espesially when it looks good!

Arrgghhh... ok! Stop with my excuses, I gained weight, so accept it. LOL, Oooppsssie.
